Turns out, the people of Korea just look like… people.

South Korea is a country with a population of around 51.7 million people. Statistically, about half of those people are guys, and only a small portion of that half have the porcelain-smooth features of a K-Pop idol.

However, don’t tell that to this lady. Upon arriving in Seoul to “fall in love with Korean men,” she was dismayed to learn that the people of Korea look, you know, just like everybody else, only Korean.

Rather than keep that information to herself, she decided to post about her disappointment on social media, filming random strangers and implicitly calling them ugly by comparison to the stars of K-Pop and K-Dramas.

In short, average people don’t look like celebrities — you’d think that wouldn’t be much of a surprise, but I guess learning that *would* ruin your trip if your plan was to do East Asian sex tourism.
